Traditionally I would just DD my pre-installed and setup windows image to the servers drive, reboot and it would boot into windows with Remote Desktop enabled. I suspect this is due to either TPM or SecureBoot. Even when the support techs made a USB for me using a windows iSO and mounted it on the server, it did not show up. The problem I am having is that the BIOS is unable to see the drives when windows is installed, it is not a boot option.
